About this Cocktail
Playing around with TomR's Tonic Syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1oz Hayman's Royal Dock Gin
- 1oz TomR's Tonic Syrup
- .5 Domaine d Canton
- .5 Melettie's Anisette
- Dash Bittercube Jamaican #1
- Soda water
- Lemon Peel
Preparation:
Stir everything but the soda in a tin. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Lastly top with the soda water and a lemon swath. Cure some Malaria while you're at it.
