About this Cocktail
This Cocktail is focused around Cathead's Hoodoo Liqueur using traditional Hoodoo Herbs. I batched the cocktail into small brown bottles and chilled for service.
.5oz Hoodoo Liqueur
1 dash Peychauds Bitters
Splash of Absinthe
Mix Rye, Hoodoo, Meletti, and Peychauds. Stir over ice. Put to side. Splash Absinthe in a coupe. Light Absinthe and toss in Rosemary Sprig. Once Rosemary lights, extinguish with mixed cocktail.
