About this Cocktail
A pommeau based version of the French 75, which comforted me during a relentless Swedish cold. Dry, fruity, herbal and fizzy.
1 oz pommeau
1/2 oz Antica Formula
2-3 dashes Chartreuse Ãlixir
Stir all ingredients, except champagne, with ice. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top up with champagne and stir twice. Finish with an orange twist.
