At this years Christmas Cocktail Club at The Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow, Khi and Graeme start things off with this clover club variation.
50ml Caorunn Gin
20ml Cherry infused Cocchi di Torino
20ml Cherry Syrup
15ml lemon juice
1/2 egg white
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail back into the shaker and discard the ice. Shake vigorously once more and pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with glittery things.
