About this Cocktail
A little experiment with my first homemade syrup; earl grey & lavender.
The drink could do with a tiny bit of tweaking, and I think some peychaud's or rose water bitters as a surface garnish would work really well. Just need to buy the bitters!
1 1/2 ounce - Bombay Sapphire
1/2 ounce - freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce - earl grey & lavender syrup
1x egg white
Dry shake all ingredients.
Wet shake vigorously and double strain into a short glass.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender (used dry here due to the absence of fresh sprigs on the lavender bush)
