This original recipe was inspired by a win at work—free ORCA passes (Seattle’s transit pass) for the whole office!
2 oz scotch (12 yr single malt speyside or similar)
1 oz port
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
Dash chocolate butters
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over one large iceberg or ice cube. Swirl to combine and garnish with a tiny Orca whale (optional, for those who don’t have access to fun and frivolous figurines.)
