About this Cocktail

Another creation for Stacks on Magazine in New Orleans.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Pisco Porton
  • .75 oz Licor 43
  • .5 oz agave nectar
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz hot mate tea
  • 5 drops bitterman's New England cranberry spiced bitters
  • Lemon wheel
Preparation:

In an Irish coffee mug add the Pisco, Licor 43, agave,lemon and pineapple. Stir the mixture in the glass and then fill with the mate. Add the 5 drops of bitters and garnish with a lemon wheel.
