About this Cocktail

Had this treat at PDT with a hot dog and some tater tots. By Jim Meehan.

  • 2 oz Pumpkin Ale
  • 1 oz Rittenhouse 100 proof Rye
  • 1 oz Lairds Bonded apple brandy
  • .5 oz maple syrup
  • 1 whole egg

Add everything to shaker and swirl to decarbonate beer. Dry shake then shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with grated nutmeg.
