About this Cocktail
Had this treat at PDT with a hot dog and some tater tots. By Jim Meehan.
2 oz Pumpkin Ale
1 oz Rittenhouse 100 proof Rye
1 oz Lairds Bonded apple brandy
.5 oz maple syrup
1 whole egg
Add everything to shaker and swirl to decarbonate beer. Dry shake then shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with grated nutmeg.
