About this Cocktail

Had this treat at PDT with a hot dog and some tater tots. By Jim Meehan.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pumpkin Ale
  • 1 oz Rittenhouse 100 proof Rye
  • 1 oz Lairds Bonded apple brandy
  • .5 oz maple syrup
  • 1 whole egg
Preparation:

Add everything to shaker and swirl to decarbonate beer. Dry shake then shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with grated nutmeg.

    Just put this on barnotes recently as well. This time of year had got us on the same wavelength. Great, great drink. I'm taking mine off and saving yours - the one in your picture is the real deal!
