Make it by the pitcher!!
1/3 Cup Simple Syrup
4 Cups Passionfruit Juice
2 Cups White Rum
1/3 Cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1-1/2 Cup mint leaves
All ingredients in a blender & filter through a cheesecloth to remove the bits of mint (or if you're not fussy just skim them from the top of the blender with a spoon)
Serve with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
