This is a drink I created as a tribute to Henry Ramos, the maker of the Ramos Gin Fizz.
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire
1/2 oz. St. Germaine
1/2 oz. Half and Half
1/2 oz. Fresh Sour Mix (1 Cup Lemon Juice, 1 Cup Lime Juice, 1 Cup Simple Syrup, the Zest of 1 Lemon and 1 Lime)
1 Egg White
1/2 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup
Splash of Soda Water
Drizzle of Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
Combine everything but the soda water and vanilla balsamic in a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add a small amount of ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with a splash of soda. Drop a few drops of the balsamic on top and create a design of your liking.
