About this Cocktail
My take on a Salty Dog inspired by flavors of winter spices, smoke, and coffee. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2oz Orange Rooibos-Infused Rum
1oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1/2oz Cold Brewed Coffee
1/2oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Cardamom Syrup
Garnish- Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt Rim and Grapefruit Twist
Add all ingredients into mixing tin,shake, and strain into iced filled rocks glass. Garnish w/ salted rim and grapefruit twist.
Orange Rooibos Infused Rum- infuse white rum with 3 bags of Orange Rooibos Tea for 2-3 days.
Cardamom Syrup: infuse simple syrup
(2cups) with 6-7 cracked cardamom seeds let sit for 4-5 hours, our overnight.
