About this Cocktail

Recipe from a cocktail recipe card released by the makers of St. Germain a few years back. It calls for serving in a Collins glass over ice. I disagree and find it a more dainty drink offering in a coupe. No ice means no risk of unwanted dilution of a lovely flavor profile.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. chilled sparkling wine
  • 1 oz. chilled St. Germain
  • 2 oz. soda water
  • Lemon swath garnish
Preparation:

Pour sparkling wine followed by St. Germaine then soda water into a cocktail coupe. Hit with a lemon swath and drop it in.
