An old fruit of a cocktail. Softening the smoke of the Mezcal and the sharpness of the Manzanilla with a variety of sweeter fruit flavours.
1 shot Applejack
1 shot liquor from steeping cherries (primarily bourbon with grenadine and Heering)
1/2 shot Dubonnet
1/2 shot Manzanilla sherry
Dash Dr Adam Elmegirab's Spanish Bitters
2 red grapes
Muddle grapes and strawberry in bottom of mixing glass. Add first five ingredients and stir with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe which has been rinsed in Mezcal. Garnish with a quarter strawberry.
