About this Cocktail
Via Imbibe Magazine. This drink is named after an Atlanta neighborhood and is bartender Miles Macquarrie’s contribution to the "Red Hook" family of drinks.
1 1/2 oz. Rye Whiskey (Willet Straight)
1/2 oz. Punt e Mes
1/2 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. St. Germain
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters (Scrappys)
Garnish: Grapefruit peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.
