About this Cocktail
This cocktail was on our winter menu and was a favorite of mine.

2 ounces reposado tequila. I liked Tapatio
.5 apple shrub (Arkansas black)
.5 amaro Ciociaro
2 dashes Fees Black Walnut bitters
Build in glass, add ice, stir, serve on big rock with a cute little Lemon twist. Get some oil on there.
