About this Cocktail

This cocktail was on our winter menu and was a favorite of mine.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces reposado tequila. I liked Tapatio
  • .5 apple shrub (Arkansas black)
  • .5 amaro Ciociaro
  • 2 dashes Fees Black Walnut bitters
Preparation:

Build in glass, add ice, stir, serve on big rock with a cute little Lemon twist. Get some oil on there.
