About this Cocktail
I created this drink the day after Negroni Week.
There was a surplus of gin and Campari to use, and I wanted to combine those ingredients in a cocktail that wasn't a Negroni.
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz Campari
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz egg white
1/2 oz Luxardo maraschino
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with lemon zest.
