2 oz rye
1/2 oz averna amaro
Dash orange or angostura bitters
1 inch wide strip lemon zest
Rinse glass w absinthe. Combine other liquids in shaker w ice and strain into glass. Squeeze lemon zest over drink to release oils and add to glass.
