About this Cocktail

A twist on the original 'Clover Club' created to celebrate Beefeater 24's botanicals especially the Japanese Sencha & China's green tea's

Ingredients:
  • 60ml Beefeater 24
  • 15ml lapsang soochong Syrup
  • 25ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 15ml spoon Rhubarb & Ginger conserve (jam)
  • 2 dashes 'Bitter Truth' orange bitters
  • Jasmine Tea Air (tea mixed with lecithin)
Preparation:

Add orange juice and jam into a cocktail and stir to dissolve the jam.
Add all the other ingredients (except the Air' and shake.
Fine strain into a glass

Blend your air to create light bubbles and place over drink.
