A friend asked me to make a drink that resembled her dog -- bubbly, brown, and sweet. She was thinking sparkling wine and chocolate; I saw no reason to argue. The drink is not brown, but at least one of the ingredients is.
1 glass sparkling rose
1 sugar cube
3-5 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters (to taste)
Drop sugar cube into the bottom of a Champagne glass. Coat/drown in chocolate bitters. Pour sparkling over cube and bitters.
You can play with the presentation with some chocolate syrup and/or powdered sugar on the glass.
