About this Cocktail
I love love love playing around with different puréed fruits. This one was tropical but with an Asian twist on it.
1.50 oz Bombay sapphire east
.50 oz Aperol
5 Thai basil leaves
.50 oz passion fruit purÃ©e
.50 oz simple
Muddle leaves with simple. Add ingredients. Shake and double strain into rocks glass. Garnish with Thai basil flower.
