About this Cocktail
Inspired by Blackbird Bar's "Freaks of The Industry", an English twist using London Stout, English Honey and Kings Ginger. Made by Will O'Connell at The Blue Pig.
25ml Kings Ginger
25ml Cabrito Reposado
12ml English Somerset Honey
150ml London Stout
1 Dash Creole Bitters
Shake all your base booze and bitters in a Boston, then fine strain into a half Stein. Then top with Stout! (150ml is just as guidance).
To garnish, give the stout a good head, add half a lemon wheel and dust with cinnamon.
