Had a tiny bit of Cappilletti left and almost full bottles of Cocchi
Rosa and Campari. The Cocchi and Cappilletti both have very vermouthy qualities, and the Cappilletti also has substantial overlap with the Campari. This ended up tasting a lot like a regular Negroni but slightly more bitter and bracing/medicinal - in a good way. I really liked it
2oz Beefeater Gin
.75oz Cocchi Rosa
Twist of lemon zest
Stir liquid ingredients with a lot of ice. Strain into chilled glass (up or with a big cube) express and garnish with twist.
