Named after the first hotel in Hastings, NE and served at Paul's Cigar Lounge. A simple Gimlet variant with fiery ginger syrup.
2 oz Botanist Gin
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Fiery Ginger Syrup (Liber & Co)
Shake ingredients with ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass, serve up with lime and ginger garnish.
