Nothing too special here, very quick and easy rum sour to make if you have the right ingredients on hand. Made this when a friend who loves their Gosling Black Seal came to visit the Black Star on a very 'dark and stormy' night, but I didn't quite feel like pouring out a rum and ginger beer.
1.5 oz Gosling's Black Seal
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Egg White
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup (home made)
Measure and pour all ingredients into your tin. Dry shake for about 30/45 seconds. Then add ice and repeat. Pour into a rock glass rimmed with sugar and finely crushed, sun dried yuzu peel. Lightly burn the end of a cinnamon stick for aroma, and spray angostura bitters across the foam on top. Enjoy!
