The sparkling ginger

About this Cocktail

Made this drink on a whim! Had a slow Monday of creating at my bar in Washington, DC.

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz Boyd and Blair potato vodka
  • .75 oz domain de canton
  • .75 oz clementine juice
  • 2 thin slices ginger root
  • Pinch of zested clementine skin
  • Sparking water ( soda water if you don't have sparkling water)
  • .25 oz lemon juice
Preparation:

In a shaker muddle two slices of ginger. Add clementine juice, Boyd and Blair, lemon juice, and domaine de canton, with ice. Shake 15 times. In rocks glass add ice and pinch of clementine zest. Double strain mix on top of ice and zest. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon thumb.
