About this Cocktail
Rhum agricole replaces bourbon in the ninth ward...
I had my first ninth ward in London at milk and honey when my girlfriend asked for a drink "with velvet falernum and St. Germain in it."
1.5oz Rhum agricole blanc
.5oz Velvet Falernum
.5oz St. Germain
.75oz Lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled coupe.
