About this Cocktail

Original creation by George Lahlouh of Paper Plane. The Equinox occurs twice a year - the March Equinox marks the first day of Spring. The rosemary sprig emerges from the snow-covered ground, signaling the coming of warmer days.

Herbaceous due to the terroir gin, rosemary, and chartreuse, yet citrusy and refreshing.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz St. George Terroir Gin
  • 0.75 oz rosemary syrup
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes Regan's orange bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Rosemary sprig garnish
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in tin, dry shake to emulsify. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
