About this Cocktail
Made this at Sylvain this afternoon. It rained early and then got rippin' humid. This seemed about right.
1 oz Amontillado Sherry (Hildago)
1 oz Genever (Bols)
0.5 oz White Port (Feist)
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth (Dolin)
0.25 oz Benedictine
1 dash Fee's Orange Bitters
Combine everything in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into any glass you like.
