This sounds amazing. Can you provide more detail around the coffee-infused rye? How long do you typically infuse and do you grind the coffee or just use whole beans? How much coffee?

Honestly, I didn't measure. A heart handful of whole bean blue bottle coffee. But for my second batch, I wanted to use deaf so I don't have a cocktail with caffeine in it. For the steeping, I let it sit for my shift, about 6-7 hours. But it's one of those things where the longer, the mor bold and flavorful so I let them sit all night which was a good choice. I also used wild turkey 81 rye. Hope that helps.

Yes, thanks! I have some Blue Bottle and Sightglass here right now, so will do some experimenting. Sounds like a great drink!
