About this Cocktail
This drink was passed during the Hospice du Rhone 2013 event at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. Light, refreshing and perfect for a Spring day.
1.5oz Dry Gin
.5oz Thyme infused simple syrup
.25oz Fresh lemon juice
Dr. Enuf soda glaze
1 dash of Fee Bros. Celery Bitters
1 dash of Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
1 Thick lemon peel
Fresh thyme sprig
In a wine glass with ice add the gin, wine, syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Stir to mix. Glaze the top with Dr. Enuf soda and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a thick lemon peel.
