Recipe inspired by Bar Agricole.
Roll the lime on a hard surface to loosen the juice. Pour the cane syrup over the ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Add the rum. Cut a flat slice of like from the center as a garnish, then squeeze half the lime over the drink. Stir. Enjoy.
