About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Brugal Anejo Rum
  • .75 oz Lime
  • .5 oz Demerara Syrup (2:1)
  • .25 oz Fernet Branca Menta
  • Mint leaf (garnish)
Preparation:

Shake. Strain. Coupe. Garnish with mint leaf.

We make our version at The Whistler with 1.25 oz Cockspur Fine Rum and .75 Lemon Hart 151 in place of Brugal. We also add 1 dash of Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters, which gives it a subtle, chocolate-y finish.
