About this Cocktail
Old school tiki legend with a blinding overproof peak.
My twist on the classic Queen's Park Swizzle.
30ml Havana Blanco
20ml Goslings 151
30ml Ting Grapefruit Soda
12-15 x mint leaves
1 x dash Angostura bitters
5ml sugar syrup
Build in a sling, all ingredients apart from the Goslings 151.
Add crushed ice and swizzle.
Crown with crushed and float the Goslings 151 on top.
Garnish with mint sprig and pink grapefruit slice.
