Wanted to have a combo of a tiki cocktail and a Pisco sour, so I came up with this! Cheers!
2oz Flor de Cana
1oz Roast Pineapple Coconut Water
1/2 Lime Juice
0.25oz Egg White
4 dashes of Falernum Bitters
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail back into same glass and dry shake for 5 seconds without ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a flower and mist with Orange Blossom water.
