About this Cocktail

ANA lounge at Haneda Airport has all of the makings of a Negroni, except sweet vermouth. Sooooooo......Umeshu it is!

Ingredients:
  • One (1) part dry gin
  • One (1) part Campari
  • One (1) part Umeshu (Japanese "plum" sake)
  • Splash soda water
Preparation:

Stir the gin, Campari and Umeshu in a glass, add ice, splash with soda water at the end.
