So I get in these situations where I make dinner plans with my girlfriend. I get out of work at 3 and she gets out at 5. By the time I get home, I'm starving - but don't want to eat too much, so I eat a bowl of cereal. I looked at the leftover milk in the bottom of my bowl, and thought of Jim Meehan's "Milk Punch" in the PDT book. The rest is history.
Add all liquids to mixing tin, add ice and shake. Serve it up and microplane nutmeg on top.
