About this Cocktail
Infused Espolón with Ancho Chiles and felt a serious need to put it in a cocktail with pineapple. Perfecto Poblano y Piña = Triple P.
1.5 oz Ancho Chile infused Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz Countreau
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
4 Pineapple Chunks
Muddle pineapple, lime juice and agave. Add tequila and Cointreau, Dry shake. Wet shake and double strain into glass with one big rock. Add bitters on top.
