Now I'm not usually the guy you see taking shots (well not since college anyway), but these suckers are good! A great winter time night cap.

Ingredients:
  • Baileys
  • Float of high proof absinthe
Preparation:

Pour in your baileys and save some room up top. Use your bar spoon to float absinthe on top. Ignite the absinthe and let it burn for a few seconds. Extinguish the flame and drink with a straw. The straw is important for two reasons. 1) it tastes way better to drink the baileys first then the absinthe. 2) the top of that shot glass heats up quick!
