My very first original. Still have regulars coming in and asking for this Turf Club variation. Big bitterness from the Punt E Mes cut slightly with the herbal sweet of the Luxardo and a big anise nose. As the ice melts it becomes rich and desserty.
Stir ingredients and strain into an absinthe-rinsed old fashioned glass, with one large cube and a flamed lemon peel.
