About this Cocktail

A classic from Harry Johnson's Bartender's Manual from 1900.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 1.5 Dolin dry vermouth
  • .25 maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Absinthe rinse
Preparation:

Rinse the coupe with absinthe. Stir and strain other ingredients. Garnish with a lemon twist and a brandied cherry.
