About this Cocktail
This classic cocktail is so dry and so French.
1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
1.5 oz Dolin Dry
Dash of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
Dash of Absinthe (I used Pernod)
Several dashes of Regans' Orange bitters
Luxardo maraschino cherry
Expressed lemon twist
Shake over ice. Add cherry to chilled coupe. Strain. Express lemon peel and use as garnish.
*If this version is too dry, increase the Gin, reduce the Vermouth, increase the Maraschino liqueur and Orange bitters.
Variation: reduce the vermouth and add St-Germain.
