Had a sip of this marvelous, spicy cocktail from a friend of mine who ordered it at Las Perlas in downtown Los Angeles. He called it a Spice Daisy but the link refers to it as Twice Spice Daisy.
2 oz Tanteo JalapeÃ±o tequila
1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
