Great fall cocktail, not too sweet not too tart and the botanical gin opens it up nicely
2oz Uncle Val's botanical gin
.75oz cranberry peppercorn puree
5oz lemon juice
Take a pint of fresh cranberries and put them in a lot with just enough simple syrup to let them set in it and put a tablespoon of peppercorns and lightly heat untill the cranberries start to pop and let cool and purée.
Then add all ingredients and shake and strain and garnish with rosemary
