This spawned out of the necessity for a whisky drink & the limitations of the ingredients cupboard.
I used ginger & rosemary syrup as opposed to the honey & ginger that the recipe suggests.
I swapped Scotch for Canadian Club and ditched the single malt float simply because I didn't have it to hand.
This worked nicely, appointed my dad to polish it off. Needless to say, the glass is empty.
Add all ingredients & ice to mixing glass.
Shake & strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a spring of rosemary for shits & giggles.
Enjoy.
