About this Cocktail
Created as a variation on the traditional Manhattan. Instead of a cherry garnish, I created a Maraschino foam to be placed atop the cocktail.
2 oz Sazerac Rye
1 oz Punt e Mes
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
Topped with Maraschino foam
Stir all liquid ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and top with foam.
