1.5oz Canadian Rye
Fee Cherry bitters
Vancouver Island Sel de Mer
Barspoon slow cooked caramel sauce
To prevent the caramel from seizing, add alcohol to shaker and run hot water along the outside while stirring with a bar spoon until it melts.
Shake rye, bitters and caramel. Pour over ice in a single rocks glass, float cherry on top, sprinkle with salt.
