About this Cocktail
Two is a couple, three is a crowd! Nothing fuzes together Better than mint, lime, and real vanilla bean. This Mojito calms the sour with the milky taste of vanilla!
2 oz white rum
1 1/2 oz lime juice
2 teaspoonfuls of vanilla bean sugar
Vanilla bean sugar: cut a vanilla bean lengthwise and add to one cup of sugar. Let infuse for several weeks while shaking the container daily to break up sugar.
Muddle together lime, vanilla sugar, and mint leaves and shake on ice with rum and lime juice. Pour over iced Collins glass with mint and limes and top off with club soda.
