Spirit forward cocktail with two Santa Teresa rums
1.5 oz Santa Teresa 1796 Antiguo de Solera
1/3 oz Araku Coffee Liqueur by Santa Teresa
Dash Grapefruit Bitters
Add all ingredients except orange zest to mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into old fashioned glass with single large ice cube. Squeeze zest of orange over top, paint rim with zest, and drop zest in glass. Serve.
