About this Cocktail
This is my own mix. Over time of using other recipes I was experimenting with flavors and textures and created this. It has a smooth, sweeter taste with a very slight bitter finish.
75oz Elderflower 1.5oz Yellow chartreuse 1oz Dry vermouth .5oz egg white Bokers bitters
Combine all ingredients and dry shake. Add ice, stir 40 revolutions. Serve in a chilled coupe, garnish with a thick lemon zest.
