About this Cocktail
Got a tasty bottle of tawny port and wanted I try a bit in a sour.
1.5 oz. rye whiskey
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 rich simple
1 dash Angostura
1/4 oz. Quinta Do Tedo Tawny Port
Combine first 4, shake and strain over ice. Float 1/4 oz of port over top of the drink. Garnish with lemon peel.
